How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please make sure your contact information is entered correctly at checkout to receive updates.
When will my order ship?
Please allow 7–12 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. I have lots of orders to create, package, and ship — thank you for your patience!
How long will it take to get my order?
We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any postal service delays at that time.
Does your product work for people with alopecia?
I haven’t personally tested it for alopecia, so I can’t say 100% — but every ingredient in our products is known to support and stimulate hair growth.
Is it safe for babies or toddlers?
Yes! Our products are completely safe for all ages. However, always do a patch test first to ensure there are no allergic reactions. Discontinue use if any irritation occurs.
How long until I see results?
Everyone’s hair is different — some may see results in as little as 2 weeks, while others may take up to a month. With consistent use, you can expect visible improvements within 30 days.
Can I use the Growth Oil on all hair types?
Absolutely! Our Growth Oil is made for all hair types — straight, wavy, curly, or coily. It strengthens strands, promotes growth, and nourishes the scalp no matter your texture.

Can I make changes to my order or shipping info?
If you need to make any changes, please email us at hernaturalscontact@gmail.com within 30 minutes to 1 hour of placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but changes after that window are not guaranteed.

How often should I use the Long Hair Don’t Care Growth Oil?
We recommend applying a few drops to your scalp and massaging it in 2–3 times a week. You can also use it once a week as a hot oil treatment — just adjust based on your hair’s needs.
Can I get a refund?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, you may cancel by emailing us your order number and cancellation reason at hernaturalscontact@gmail.com. If the item has shipped, it must be returned and inspected before a refund can be issued (based on eligibility).
What if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?

Yes! Our oil is perfect for both men and women. It helps with dryness, breakage, slow growth, and overall scalp health — no matter your gender.
