Lost, Stolen, or Empty Package Policy – HerNaturals
At HerNaturals, we take every order and shipment seriously and ensure all packages are securely packed and shipped.

For any packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, or arrive empty, customers are now required to file a claim directly with USPS. You will need to submit all necessary photos and details to them for review.

If your order was previously placed within the claim window and you were advised differently, please proceed with filing your claim as soon as possible. If the claim window has passed, you may contact us, and we will try to assist, but resolutions are not guaranteed.
We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout. Once your order is shipped and in the carrier’s possession, it is no longer under our control.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. You will be required to pay for shipping again once the product is returned to sender, If the product is not returned to sender, the entire order will have to be re-purchased.Â
