International Shipping

We ship internationally to select countries. Shipping costs and estimated delivery timeframes will be clearly shown during checkout when you select your delivery option.

International orders may take longer to arrive depending on the location, customs processing, and local postal services. In some regions, express delivery options are available. The estimated delivery timeframe will also be displayed at checkout.

Please note: A parcel is considered lost if it has not arrived 30 days post-dispatch.

To avoid delays or returns, we recommend clearing any customs fees promptly. If your order is returned due to unpaid customs fees, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Return Policy

• Non-Refundable Shipping Fee: If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout, the original shipping fee is non-refundable. If you'd like the product resent, you will be responsible for paying the shipping fee again.
